I noticed in my history that all my zaps are only 90% of what was zapped to me. Where did the 10% go?
All my 21 sat zaps are 18.9 now @ek🤔

Does it go to the reward pool?

Eg the following image shows what was originally a 69 and 10 sat zap respectively
