How would you go about learning Bitcoin from scratch and consolidating your Bitcoin knowledge given that there are many resources and many rabbit holes within Bitcoin such as Money, Austrian Economics, Bitcoin Programming, Lightning, etc.?

I'd read @DarthCoin's guide after reading the white paper.
Many Bitcoin books or info in general are cool for the pilling stage, but not so many practical tips and hacks there, and you really can't learn about Bitcoin by reading.

I wish I started to write those guides earlier, back in 2014-2016, when I already had quite a good base.
I was very quiet until 2019-2020, almost no presence online. Just reading what others said.

I agree, To learn Bitcoin properly one must tinker and try different things. Writing scripts to test Bitcoin concepts (encodings, generating keys, etc.), running nodes, testing various wallets, etc.
I will be going through @DarthCoin's guides for sure.

I'd read The Sovereign individual, The Bitcoin Standard, Atlas Shrugged, and The Mandibles. Immediately start mining, run a start9 personal server, purchase a cold card and download sparrow on a new lapotop that is only used for bitcoin. I'd create Stacker News and Nostr account, download Bisq2 and Robosats while using mutiny for a daily driver lightning wallet. I'd look for ways to get paid in bitcoin, go to meetups and conferences and read the bitcoin bugle.

Start9 is phenomenal but I started making the switch to Proton. Proton pass instead of Bitwarden hosted on Start9, Proton Drive instead of the Start9's file browser, etc. I find it more convenient with decent trade-offs that suit my needs. I still run Start9 on an SD card and haven't upgraded to SSD though...

I second this. Great book. Not sure how it compares to Mastering Bitcoin but I think Grokking Bitcoin is a bit lighter on the technicals.

Question is a bit vague, I would say it depends where you come from and where you're going.
I don't think you need to be aware of Austrian economics to learn how to transact using bitcoin.

I do think you need to understand free markets, history of money, and the bad consequences of interventionist policies to understand the importance of Bitcoin (from a monetary stand point, not technological)

What satisfies your interest most? For me, it's mostly understanding Bitcoin from a technical perspective as well as digging deeper into self-sovereignty and privacy. Not sure why I tend to lean more towards these interests tbh.
