I once had a cheetah meet and greet in Florida. They are actually not very dangerous to humans. They have small mouths and mainly hunt rodents. Anyway, that boy had some potent stank.
Of course I choose the second (even though I actually think we are aliens to Earth and maybe there's a better place for us "somewhere far away in a distant Galaxy")
Mars, because humanity needs to de-centralize itself if it is to survive in the long run.
Mars is still within the Sol system, so I don't necessarily consider that very good decentralization, but it's a step in the right direction. Need to be interstellar ASAP.
