Lightning question please: Does sending onchain from Phoenix etc reduce inbound liquidity by the amount sent as the channel UTXO now has less funds in it, or does something else happen?
You can't reduce inbound liquidity since these sats aren't considered to be yours. You can only spend your outbound liquidity which should be equal to your wallet balance? Good question though.

Just tried this out. Sent to onchain but my liquidity balance has stayed the same. Any ideas?

It's a swap out from your channel and should not reduce your channel capacity.

Thanks. What does the onchain footprint look for this?
E.g. Doxed / KYC Coins -> Phoenix pay to onchain -> Clean coins?

It will be no trace. Only IF ACINQ is not "the good guy".

Or you can use the ISM ("Infrastructure Spending machine"). Here I wrote a guide about that using Blixt (you can use whatever other LN wallet)
