reply

Nah, I think the idiocy has only just begun.

reply

going to make seppuku...

reply

It’s now 13 btc

reply

Lol 5 BTC for 1 satoshi, make it make sense

reply

Like my grandpa always said, some people have more money than sense.

reply

It's the first satoshi after the halving, the first of this cycle.

It also has 9 zeros at the end of its address.

reply

But sats are "destroyed" when a UTXO is transfered so this is just play pretend assumptions based on some rose coloured goggles

reply

In this case... is it a scam?

reply

Yeah, if by scam you mean people do not understand how it works and are paying a lot of sats for something that has no significance. Yeah, its a scam.

reply

I guess you'll have the receit of purchasing the "rare" sat, which is something.... not the same as owning the said "rare" satoshi

reply

I would side with that view,

Some would say they're collectors, lol but The amount of people who subscribe to ordinals theroy is tiny so the chance you can convince someone to be the greater fool and pay you more for your sat is slim pickings, not that it can't happen

reply

LOL.

Have fun getting scammed, buyer.

reply

This is the dumbest shit i've seen so far. I mean like do these people have their own money printer or what??! 1 SAT FOR 5 BTC is insane

reply

The worst is that they'll be paying it to viaBTC...

reply

Some people just live to be the greater fool, I guess.

reply

This is the first time I see violating the universal law

1 sat = 1 sat.

Not anymore. Completely absurd.

reply

This doesn't make sense no matter how hard you look for it

reply

Jerome and I are wash trading the sat!

reply

How and why? What's happening? Is it a joke?

How on earth people get intrigued by such scams! It's a total chaos!
