In an ideal world, you are right. We do not live in an ideal world.
Zaprite is awesome for sure. Just not an ideal solution to use as your only payment option if you run a normal eshop. You'd be leaving 99% of your sales to someone who uses Stripe unfortunately. Only hard core bitcoin maxi's pay with bitcoin. I'd even bet that only a one digit % of people in this site pay with bitcoin.
The world will change when people will change the mentality.
Those that are willing to change, could use as I said many solutions (I don't want to start listing them here).
But Stripe is the WORST solution ever to start accepting bitcoin.
