I know you are alone. I know you are suffering. That’s life. You have to:
  1. Accept that as it is
  2. Realize that each and every one of us has their unique ability, in some way shape or form, to reduce the amount of suffering inflicted on others
  3. Realize that conversely, we also have the ability to increase the suffering of others, mainly through the mechanism of our misguided attempts to reduce our own suffering - much of which stems from the mindsets of scarcity and fear
  4. Realize that ultimately, the best thing you can do for the world, your soul, is to voluntarily take upon yourself as much of the world’s suffering as you possibly can, without breaking
If you’re still alive, you ain’t broken yet. Even if you or anybody else is trying to convince you otherwise. Again, I am reminded of one of my favorite quotes:
“Our lives are defined by the positive impact we have on others.”
