You know, I have always kind of worried about this.
It is said your heart has only so many beats in it.
But when you exercise hard, you make it beat more/faster.
Essentially shortening your lifespan, right?
But it actually strengthens your body, right?
I feel a lot of things can be backwards.
How much is too much? When do the gains become losses?
