I'm still back in the 2nd quarter. Signing off for a bit to catch up and avoid spoilers.

I skipped ahead, because the audio was all screwed up. Looks like we're coming right down to the wire.
Kyrie being Kyrie (in the good way)

Great game

One of the best finishes I can recall.

Yeah great game. Mavs were great in the 4th but they got a lot of lucky bounces too. Shots blocked landing right in their players hands. Fortuitous rolls on the rim. Long rebounds right to their guys. But they made their shots.

Shai was so close to having one of the all-time game saving blocks.
This was the first piece of my first Nitro parlay. I need Indiana to win tomorrow.
reply
You bet against stone cold Jalen Brunson in the city he owns?
reply
I did. I don't like the look of that Josh Hart injury and I liked the odds for Indiana a lot more.
I'm not able to catch the game because wife went out of town and I promised the kids to take them to dine out then to the playground. Only able to check the score regularly. I'll have to stick to the highlights tonight when I get home.
Sounds like an exciting game.

There should be plenty of highlights

Amazing highlights. Too bad I missed the game. Looked hard fought and came down to the wire. The Mavs really battled hard and battled back from a huge deficit. Congrats to the Mavs for advancing to the WCF. It was sad to see SGA and OKC get eliminated, but they had an excellent season.

Great outcome for OKC this year. This was a very close game. Mavs got a couple lucky bounces to help them out.
reply
Yea. That Kyrie 3 bounce late in the game was quite crazy.
Hopefully I can find time to watch tonight's Nuggets vs TWolves game. I'll probably end up missing the Knicks vs Pacers game because of having to go out with my kids.

I'm glad the impact of that Kyrie shot came through on the highlights. I was worried you were going to miss out on that experience.
I was fully expecting it to go in, because Kyrie, and then there was the brief let down of it bouncing off the rim, before the thrill and affirmation of seeing it ultimately go through.
That guy is 14-0 in closeout games. How crazy is that?
Yes, that shot was crazy but there were also a couple long rebounds late that just went right into Mavs players hands and 2 blocked shots OKC had that tipped right to another Mavs player. Full credit to the Mavs for making their shots but they caught a couple lucky breaks too. I am not hating, they played a great series and OKC could have shot much better from 3 for the series and they would have won. Just pointing out sometimes the ball just bounces one team's way.
You should be happy you are missing the Canucks game.
reply
Indeed. Hopefully they play better in game 7.
