Making memes disparaging political figures is not illegal. Mackey was sentenced for posting memes that encouraged Clinton supporters to vote via text message, which is not a valid way to vote.

Isn't it the murder of free speech? You can't say that everyone who supports Palestine is a terrorist. They can be activist and some of them may also hold US citizenship. I'm neutral, I'm not holding any favourites here but just think of the Israeli way of taking revenge.
