I'll definitely watch. I guess I have to root for the Mumbai Indians now, since they own the team. 

I think the advantage of the game over baseball is that the game can be played in a short time. But it needs to shake its ‘boring’ status

Yes they are. We have a good South Asian immigrant population and a lot of curious New Yorkers. We'll see.
