On Android with KDE connect we can do the same.
Really ?!? I never knew that!

If you wonder how come it works on so many devices, this is because KDE is written using QT, which uses C++ and hence is compatible on devices which have a c++ compiler for it's CPU.

It works on Linux, Windows, IOS, Android and probably other minor devices using Plasma Mobile. Use everyday Android <-> Linux, but you can use it as IOS <-> Windows. You can send an receive clipboard, files, etc. During movie times I use KDE connect as a remote control to do play/pause! It also works as a channel Android <-> IOS, just tested it.

Please be more specific, ask for which applications and I will try to give you what equivalent there is on Android. Typically the biggest hurdle is to export all passwords. You are probably using the default keychain on IOS. To export you either need a Mac or to do it manually: https://www.igeeksblog.com/how-to-export-passwords-from-icloud-keychain/#export-icloud-keychain-from-iphone-ipad
I did it manually for my wife because she had the same password for all websites so it was easy.
The second hurdle typically is pictures and other files, you will have to save it somewhere. In my case I used Icloud and exported with a computer. The default setting is to save it to ICloud so maybe you will just have to copy it.
