Exactly.
There are multiple ways to play the system.
But two ways are very clear:
- one way is to step out from the system totally, live your simple life without any interaction with the system. Full natural law.
- another way is to play the system with their own "weapons", using trusts, commerce rules and contracts etc. This way is more complicated, you need to study more stuff and dominate them.
It's all about what do you want to do in your life.

No, is meaningless to go and change from CAPS into small.
That document is still CREATED by the state, that means they still the owners of that document, not you.
What you can do is go and create a trust that will take control over that corporation created by the state and you operate with it in commerce.
Man you still didn't understand that there are two important parts:
- commerce, run by corporations, in public
- sovereign, you live in private as a living man.
You can't be a living man and in the same time a corporation.
For that we have the trusts.

you are trying to go on the short path, skipping important things: study and know WHO you are.

Study and learn, there's plenty of documentation out there. start with the link I sent you several times. if you do not comprehend totally what is saying in that document, you cannot go further. It will be a mess.
