When I am gifting for birthdays weddings and the such I always think how can I get them bitcoin

Suggestion:

  • setup your own LN node and add LNbits
  • create some LNURL-w QR codes in Lnbits
  • print the QR codes on a nice paper and put them in an envelope for the celebrated people, with some few words and indications how to use and learn more about Bitcoin.
  • add this famous flyer "I dare you"...

Nice flyer. I tried this lnbits thing with my umbrel but I couldn’t get LNURL-w to work because my node was behind tor and the umbrel lnbits didn’t have the one add on to enable it to work.
