Now that Mutiny is no longer being developed, I would say CoinOS (Custodian Option) is the quickest on boarding process.

Mutiny is no longer under development?! That's news to me. I tried it and dropped it after the later version where I couldn't get an address without paying for it. Thanks for the tip on COINOS, the web wallets are great for use in countries with restrictive access.
