Your question got me thinking. Then this morning I couldn't find a territory for a post I wanted to make. That did it.

I like the name ~Politics_and_law. I strongly believe that politics and law are abiding to each other. In modern times we see a lot of discrimination being made in both but in ancient times they were treated same.
Especially talking about Indian political system before Kautilya, it was on Manu's Dharmshatra that used to be the basis of society, politics, law and all other practices. Kautilya wrote "Arthshastra" that later replaced Dharmshatra. Arthshastra had 12 books in total which depict how a utopian world should look like. These books even suggested what would be an expected behaviour from a couple, what rules they should follow while love making.
Isn't it interesting that the book was written 2200 years ago.
