A quick heads-up for people who want to exchange sats-4-Fiat fast and easy
I've wanted to exchange some sats (0.004BTC) for Fiat, and knew that I've had something bookmarked (#435944) a while ago for this very reason, and chose to give it a try!
I haven't given it a thorough look yet, but I can attest that the overall KYC-process was smooth and quick and that the UI & UX are fine thus far, but most importantly: I sent the sats over lightning, and less than a minute later received the Euro's in my bank account- Awesome, magnificent even!
I'm definitely going to play around with it some more, as they have some interesting services lined up, very good impression thus far! 🔥🥳⚡

Next time do not "sell" your sats for fiat. Use them to pay fiat bills with this service directly. The best way is to pay directly p2p in sats to destination, not using these intermediaries for fiat.

Not for comfort but for using the fiat system.
The problem with P2P is banks will close your account if you use it enough to raise their suspicion.

It's a one-time thing because I need to pay some bills, and don't want to hocus-pocus too much because of it.
I wouldn't do it like this all. the. time, but it's a very nice tool to get some liquidity in the bank fast.

I always recommend P2P exchanges without KYC even if the payment is through lightnin, they will know your purchase and sales history. It is best to use other methods such as HodlHodl, RoboSats, LNP2P or Mostro P2P similar to LNP2P but uses nostr for its operation.

Imagine that I'd like to sell an item, but the buyer doesn't want to pay in bitcoin: What's the best method to have the buyer pay me in fiat, but I receive bitcoin, with low fees and "off the charts"?

In that case you should use an alternative payment mechanism, PayPal, VISA so that he pays you, and then you buy the sats in a P2P market, that should not be a problem. The problem arises when you use KYC and bitcoin, I clarify that is my point of view, everyone does what they want.

IMHO I have a better solution, I've used it to pay my credit card and sometimes electricity bills and even rent. I post an offer to sell sats on the lnp2pbot and send the buyer the reference for the payment. It's all non-KYC via Telegram and you can even get a discount as the offers there usually have a few % premium.
