I just found this site, it's still in beta but looks promising. It's basically a microblog, but also has a faucet, so you don't need to deposit anything to pay the 25 sats posting fee, or you can just withdraw your sats.
You can also post ads, gamble and it seems like coming up is PTC and other ideas.
It's all a bit basic right now but it is an innovation in the faucet world at least, and combining a microblog with a faucet is an interesting way to monetize the site. Well worth supporting I think.
