Because there were no good answers there I posted my own. Just came from there. That's why I used the "AT SIGN UP" and "(startmail, protonmail, tuta do NOT)" The answers in that thread are either out-dated or were wrong to begin with. These services sadly do not accept bitcoin at sign up.
