Wanted to create a new email address and want to pay for it but don't want to dox myself. Is there any email service that provides the option for orange check? Meaning they ask for bitcoin payment to protect against spam. The ones I mentioned in the title are often said to accept bitcoin. They do not at sign up. Maybe after you've doxxed yourself they'll take your bitcoin. After they've done their KYC. Is there any email service that embodies cypherpunk and libertarian principles as opposed to merely paying lip service? Isn't the point of a business to get paid? Doesn't an orange check fit perfectly within this model? Why do these companies insist I dox myself? Why not just take the money and provide the service. It doesn't even matter form the standpoint of making money whether it's a human or a bot that's paying.
Run your own email server, self hosted, self managed for personal, family or business emails and keep a short list of aliases in case you really need to put an email on some pages. This email IS NOT to be given to anybody on internet, only to people that you really need to stay in contact by emai.
Use public free disposable email services for any other public online stuff you do.

I don't know any. At the moment your only chance might be to setup your own email server (technical expertise required).
I think the market for this is getting big enough, so it might become a reality soon, as it is an opportunity for some providers to differentiate themselves.

Because there were no good answers there I posted my own. Just came from there. That's why I used the "AT SIGN UP" and "(startmail, protonmail, tuta do NOT)" The answers in that thread are either out-dated or were wrong to begin with. These services sadly do not accept bitcoin at sign up.

Sign up under the free plan, then pay with bitcoin. It’s not hard.
