It seems clear to me that GrapheneOS appears to be the gold standard, or perhaps I should say bitcoin standard, of privacy and digital hygiene smartphone OS'ses. That is what I've concluded from listening to the people I consider to be knowledgeable. What are some important differences with LineageOS?

I would recommend checking out the Graphene website. Biggest is Graphene doesn't work on as many phones and Graphene has the ability to lock the bootloader. Big security win.
