This reminds me a lot of SimCity, I was totally hooked! Civ offers a much deeper experience than just city building.

I know, but to use Civ VI I have to install Win 11 and I still love my Win 3.11...

ohhh good one XP is still good for old games. I consider it one of the best Win versions.
