This is really a Stacker News question / Lightning question...if I have been logging into Stacker News via Lightning, can I login via the other options instead?
Context...using different devices I sometimes get logged in with a different/brand new SN account instead of my original "crrdlx" account. I really don't know why, but it's something to do with my Lightning Wallet and Alby account linked to my wallet. It confuses me. I would love to login via Nostr from whatever device I'm using (or github as a backup). Any help?

Go to the bottom of your settings and you can link other methods.

Thanks. Just got in via Twitter login (not my first choice, but it worked). The others are all criss-crossed, linked to the other account or whatever. I'll have to try to untangle.

Yep, you should be able to unlink them from the other accounts and link them to this one.

I feel dumb asking, but unlinking GitHub, how's that done? GitHub interface or SN somewhere?

On a side note, should cross-posting to Nostr include the poster's reference link? Currently it does not.

Our plan was to comment in reply to the crossposted item.

The best method is with nostr, as main login. You can use a dedicated nostr npub/nsec or your usual one for nostr. You can manage multiple nsec keys with nos2x browser extension or Alby browser extension. Works perfectly fine and safe.
Others (LN or github) is better to have them as backup only.
