Arm and leg hair also grow continuously. All hair "including the hair on your head" has a terminal length. This is the point where the hair is designed to break and fall off of your body. Body hair tends to have a shorter terminal length, and hair on the head tends to have a longer terminal length. The hair on most people's head can only get so long because of this.
