It's just so fresh, fast, convenient, easy, surprising, lightweight, interesting, etc. And the community is great!
Compared to mainstream sites like Twitter and Reddit this site is absolutely in another level.
Every time I'm browsing the web I end up first visiting SN, it's such a phenomenal place to hang out.
Also, it can easily interoperate with other lightning websites through the built-in wallet.
And you can even use the lightning address from here as well to receive sats from anywhere. It's amazing!
Hopefully it remains like this for many more halvenings.

SN has the most Bitcoin signal and the first place I visit every single day.
Twitter for example is mostly just noise, filled with bots, scammers and shitcoiners, pretending to be Bitcoiners.
But being on twitter is important to me too. Because that's where we inform the nocoiners, that's where we teach the shitcoin shilling celebrities and politicians. That's where we explain the energy consumption to journalists. That's where we fight!

100% agree, though this is imo mostly due to the size of the SN community being really small.
Unfortunately, I've seen many internet communities turn to shit once they grew to a certain size.
Here's to hoping that the SN incentives are designed in a way to prevent that happening here.

Exactly. What's most interesting here is whether the quality can be preserved at a larger size due to comments cost/satoshi economy here. I guess we will see.

Been here a few months and I'm in the same boat - the info and community here is just plain better. Keep stacking - a few years and it will be insane :)
