As he continues stocking his new administration with staunch loyalists, President-elect Trump on Saturday nominated Kash Patel to be FBI director. Patel claims that the FBI is part of what he calls the “deep state” conspiracy against Trump and his allies. NBC News reporter Ryan Reilly, who authored the book “Sedition Hunters: How January 6th Broke the Justice System,” joins John Yang to discuss.
I don't understand the word "loyalist" in all these news stories.
Is he supposed to hire people who don't like him
What is the difference between a "loyalist" and just a regular pro-trump guy? What separates someone who is ideologically aligned with Trump from a "loyalist"?

PBS is no good. They've lost any integrity that they might have had. I listened to APM, PBS since the 1980s until 2020 when it was blatantly revealed that they are another arm of the propaganda machine created to make smart Americans accept irrational ideas like the January 6, 2021 conspiracy where Americans are still being held without trials for what was 1 part prank and another part collusion of state operators.
The M5M is no good.
Look at who their underwriters are. These foundations are in the business of pig pharma, factory foods, pesticides and other chemical products that harm people.

I don't need to click the link since it's PBS, govt funded propaganda arm of the democrat party. I could go on, but I won't. Trump won and it's fun to watch the soy farm squirm.

Maybe this will blow the top off some conspiracy theories

I just realized that I'm not sure who the Assmilker is.
  1. Is it PBS -- YES
  2. Is it Ryan Reilly -- YES
  3. The Deep State -- YES, a desirable feature in order to participate
  4. Trump -- Hardly
  5. Kash Patel -- I don't know

OP Just look at his history posts and you will understand. Also is using sockpuppet accounts.

yeah, there are a bunch of "I'll just post a news story link" article accounts. Plus point, at least it's got a summary and is not just clickbait without content posted. Big minus, it's fucking PBS. I won't go to anything like this and give them click stats.
reply
Sometimes is OK to post a link as big news, if is an important thing (a new release, a new controversial article you want to comment) to announce to the rest. Also adding some of "your personal" views, comments or rant will give more "content" to why you posted that link.
But posting every fucking day articles from another online publications, like a dumb bot is kind of boring and annoying. And the whole thing of this shit is coming from the SN system of rewards, letting these assmilkers to game the system and zaping each others few sats just to bump their position in the ranking so they get the daily rewards.
It's sad that many stackers do not pay attention to these details every day and keep zapping these assmilkers.
Yesterday I suggested that the leaderboard and the rewards system be removed totally. Not sure if SN want that....

posting every fucking day articles from another online publications, like a dumb bot is kind of boring and annoying fully agree. Though I've been saying this before, I despise posts that are just links and nothing else, those are clickbait to generate views. Links with complete summaries, so that the link is only the source, but I get what it wants without the link - that merits a zap if it's interesting. Better yet: Own, original text posts that embed a link as a "further reading" and source part. Great. But for fucks sake, these bots that just post the link and run should be shunned. Rsync is the one who always catches my eye for doing this shit.

This is similar to the Twitter nonsense that Bitcoin Magazine would do. They would post something and not provide a link or source and I would waste time pointing it out.
Also when someone posts a screen shot without a link to the source is time wasted.
And finally guys who use the markdown quote tag when they are just being grouchy.

guys who use the markdown quote tag
wait, did I do that? I messed up the line change between the quote part and my text 😅
Yeah the rewards ranking is so weird. Accounts that are barely active are always above me. I constantly in the high 20s low 30s

Yes, we are educating the bot to be a better bot and meanwhile we let the bot spend sats to post.
About the leader board, I'm not a fan of this either. It's good and it's bad. Anonymity of the leader board might be interesting and metrics as to why that person leads can be insightful but this is possible also by study.
I'm sure someone can crawl through Stacker News and extract all kinds of data. Regarding data I think it's fascinating but it's only a snapshot of the past. If a Stacker here works hard he or she can make some friends and earn sats from thoughtful content.
This subject reminds me of the two local news papers sold in convenience stores. The titles are different as to the names of the papers but the cover pages are identical with "News" from the same sources.
It's lik,e which shit rag that has been used over and over world you like to clean you face with?

I haven't dug to deep into this sats milking that's why I read the content and check links if the subject is interesting.
In this case here I read the summary and saw that it was just the normal nonsense PBS has been dishing out. No Agenda has covered this extensively in media deconstruction.
I did not zap this post but I felt that I should at least shame the op for this propaganda.
Sometimes you might want to post this garbage and give some insight but the truth is that PBS has lost its audience and it's a bloated tick that has been laying off employees due to the dismal revenue of advertising "under writing".
No Agenda has an audience that is in the millions and we don't take any advertising. Just producers give Time, Talent or Treasure.

That's funny! I haven't experienced this but the post is definitely an assmilking subject.
