It works for me sending to rblb @stacker.news. I'm not sure what you could be doing differently.

Looks like a LUD-18 bug. Sending with just a comment works

not working for me. maybe because he have an external wallet attached ? I tried also to another SN account that I know it doesn't have a wallet attached and also it didn't worked.
