My big question about this whole philosophy is how can one believe as I do that the state is evil and at the same time believe that they will respect my natural rights if I can legally or verbally show them I am not their subject or whatever? From what I have seen the judical systems of the world do not respect their own rules, practices, and "laws". They railroad people all the time. I don't have the " faith" that even if these people are correct that it will be honored. I have no interest in becoming a martyr.

From what I saw, once you demonstrate responsability and knowledge of the game, they respect you. This, of course is much simpler said than done, especially considering that almost noone knows this.

And this is what I mean... Seems like almost no one "knows" and what is there to force them to respect your rights. There's a lot of trust there, no?

i wouldn't call it trust. Every officer/clerk... has to follow rules, they are predictable, a cog in the machine. Responsability is the ability to respond to situations, instead of reacting mechanistically.

And theres the rub. They don't.

true, all are humans. the law has remedies, there's always a higher instance, someone "above". depends on the situation. And I know what you're saying, but everyone has to put bread on the table, at the end of the day

I have a friend that was a cop for a while. He cited some folka that tried this stuff. They lost

"this stuff" is not a game. Is really serious thing and require a lot of study and practice. Many so called "sovereign citizens" are just dumb ass ignorant that learned some phrases on youtube and they think that they are above any responsibility. Those are doing more damage than good. Because if you go rampant and do whatever you want without being responsible for the consequences that's not sovereignty, is stupidity.
I confronted the state, cops, judges in real life. And I won. Why? Because I knew where are my limits and where I am right and presenting irrefutable proofs to them. Literally shutting them down.
But yes, depends also of each case and how do you behave, what you say, what you did.
This meme is funny but is based on true damn facts, literally that happen in a court room
I asked the right questions and they just let me go, because I did NOTHING to be considered a crime or damage, just be myself.
I am not saying that this is the magical phrase that will let yougo from any jail time. I am saying to do your own research (like Lux did also) and find YOUR WAY (not just follow my way). Important is that you are well educated in this matter and you know what are you doing.

I don't know the details of what and how they tried. I have a friend that is a master at this, and he doesn't waste time with cops. his car looks completely normal, but he is not the owner on paper, he has multiple trusts

Sure, I'm aware of those tactics. It's a system. You can use it
