"this stuff" is not a game. Is really serious thing and require a lot of study and practice. Many so called "sovereign citizens" are just dumb ass ignorant that learned some phrases on youtube and they think that they are above any responsibility.
Those are doing more damage than good. Because if you go rampant and do whatever you want without being responsible for the consequences that's not sovereignty, is stupidity.
I confronted the state, cops, judges in real life. And I won. Why? Because I knew where are my limits and where I am right and presenting irrefutable proofs to them. Literally shutting them down.
But yes, depends also of each case and how do you behave, what you say, what you did.

I asked the right questions and they just let me go, because I did NOTHING to be considered a crime or damage, just be myself.
I am not saying that this is the magical phrase that will let yougo from any jail time. I am saying to do your own research (like Lux did also) and find YOUR WAY (not just follow my way). Important is that you are well educated in this matter and you know what are you doing.
