Rizful is working well for me.
There's also Albyhub with a variety of options and Coinos.io too.

I will keep using SN CC (cowboy credits).
Don't get me wrong, I am not against self-custody, I am running multiple nodes, private and public, I could use any of them, but in fact each one have a specific role for me.
Why will keep using CCs ?
- IMHO for SN this is an overreacting move, SN only want to obey some bullshit gov rules that doesn't even apply to it (so called "money transmitting license). So I will keep using CCs and consider them as real sats (even that SN do not want to say it like that), just to protest against this cowardice. I consider that bitcoiners must have balls and say NO to any gov rules. TOTAL DEFIANCE.
- I am not on SN to earn sats. So I do not care too much if I can't withdraw the CCs out. I will just use them as credits, like in a World of Warcraft game. Maybe in the future I could trade them (exactly like the WoW game) for other items or even for real sats in a "out-of-SN" trade like I offered here: #723069

Many stackers are in a very early stage of their bitcoin journey. Some of them are even shitcoiners that will never use LN in a proper way. For these stackers, SN will push them into another custodial accounts, so nothing burger in terms of "advocating for self-custody". It's a false impression of "self-custody" that only creates more trouble where should not exist. A new SN users will be really confused when is about to "connect an external wallet" (even that the instructions are clear for an experimented user).
-
running a dedicated LN node, opening proper channels, using proper LN routes, these are aspects that SN didn't take in consideration and for many new users is a total nightmare. Even running a private node (many still don't know that are 2 types of nodes) it can create a lot of friction, with routes, fees, liquidity etc and for what? For zapping 2-10 sats ? Also not talking about the increasing size of node db with all these not necessary zaps back and forth. This will create another issues for noobs, that they do not take in consideration and will give them more trouble.

these kind of multiple small zaps are not meant to be p2p. Yes many think that is like nostr zaps, but are not. On SN the zaps are more often and are used in more different ways than on nostr. I myself do not zap on nostr too much, exactly because of this: small zaps back and forth are kind of useless thing. LN should be used as a payment network for p2p payments not zaps. Zaps could be just fine custodial. Anything under 1000 sats I consider it wrong usage of LN. On one of my nodes I even put specific rules that will not route any payment with less than 1000 sats (min HTLC 1000). It even exist the rick to get a forced closed channel just because of a bad route of a zap of 10 sats. So why risking a good channel for 10 sats? Fuck'em!
There are many other implications with these small p2p zaps and I don't want to open a debate here. I already warned about this in the past. Those that knows how to run properly a LN node knows what am I talking about. Those that are using LN only by using WoS have no idea...
