Thanks! Pretty good, continuing to be pretty lean, haven't put on a whole lot of muscle. But getting stronger slowly, for sure. Also I usually combine my pushups with yoga, which is a big help in being able to keep it up, to not get too sore and retain flexibility. Slowly practicing my handstands as well because one of my main fitness goals is to be able to do a handstand pushup 🤠
