Read my first fiction book in a long time. By the pool on holidays. I choose The Vegetarian, a book i posted about here before as it was being considered for banning from public libraries: #736747.

Great book, very moving. Culturally very relevant. Might write down some thoughts for the book territory if i get some time on the laptop.

Just a quick message for @ek or @k00b- did one of you say that attached wallets were not working well with a zeus lightning address? I'm trying to set up a few backup wallet connections.

I wouldn't recommend it for use here. Mostly because if someone zaps you and it goes to zeus, the zap won't affect ranking until you open the app. And if you forget to open the app, the zap will be cancelled.

We are going to allow for multiple NWC strings before too long. I think I'll probably pay for alby cloud, and let that be my backup.

Agreed. Zeus LN address is not suitable for SN p2p zaps. You have many other backup options but not this.

I think we added some help text in the form explaining how to do it on the command line, but the GUI it's something like:

But I feel like receiving is generally no problem, LN address from Blink or Coinos is one of the good options; the one that might actually be causing a problem is sending, I am using NWC from Coinos at the moment together with webLN. 👀

Typing todays agenda while working the 14 hour shift at the 2nd job on the weekend.

Submitted an article regarding thoughts I had about nostr. Recently helped a freak on nostr discover the DVM's on primal, and thought i'd let people know about some tools and techniques to go through on nostr....and why they should probably check it out.
Yesterday I submitted an application for the chaincode labs coding program, today I was trying to compile bitcoin core but not sure If I have enough space on the laptop for the required dependencies, ran into a problem with the C++ compiler. Will play around and see if I can build the thing by the end of the day and focus on the tests tomorrow
Will probably switch from a cashu wallet to NWC connection, the cashu stuff has been giving me a harder time than expected, and I'm a bit more used to implementing NWC. At this point I want to get the thing released, the wallet aspect isnt a big part of the app anyway, at least not yet.
I'm almost done with an online paralegal certificate program, i'll complete a few more exercises today.

So I guess the rest of the day will be coding/studying while taking care of the clients at work.

Thanks! Pretty good, continuing to be pretty lean, haven't put on a whole lot of muscle. But getting stronger slowly, for sure. Also I usually combine my pushups with yoga, which is a big help in being able to keep it up, to not get too sore and retain flexibility. Slowly practicing my handstands as well because one of my main fitness goals is to be able to do a handstand pushup 🤠
