pull down to refresh

We are starting the year and I am sure that we all feel optimistic and very confident..!!
One of the main reasons is the rise of bitcoin and how it broke several historical highs!!
And without a doubt there is no one who can stop it!!
Now I want to talk a little about fears..
Well, we sellers are also afraid..
The main fear of a seller is to fail his family.
If you ask someone, he will tell you that it is not meeting his goals, but in reality it is not because of the goals themselves, but because not reaching the established quota means not having enough money to support his family.
If I could secure that money for my home I would do it and that is why there are so many people working for fixed salaries.
But another thing that scares us a lot is being the worst salesperson on the sales team.
Normally, the one who ends up last on the list ends up leaving the company.
And he doesn't necessarily leave because he is bad or because he doesn't need the money.
He prefers to leave and not earn anything than to stay in the group and feel inferior.
And the thing is that, if you think about it, self-esteem plays an extremely important role!!
Both in sales and in life!
It is very curious, but there are many salespeople who are ashamed to say that they are salespeople and it is something that happens to Latin Americans; which does not happen in other regions.
Being a salesperson is a super well-paid profession and very well-known in countries like the United States.
But in Latin America we are always trying to avoid recognizing it. And that is due to our educational complexes and our traditions.
To be a really good salesperson you must have high self-esteem!!
Because if not, you really won't last three months at this.
Having the door slammed in your face, having the phone hung up on you, and being told to go to hell several times a day is too difficult.
The only way to endure that torture is to believe yourself to be "Superman" The Man of Steel.
A good salesperson is always stubborn as a mule, from a positive perspective.
You have to declare to the universe that you are going to make this sale and that you are going to get it.
With this in mind, it will be easier and with less wear and tear, but the story begins with yourself.
To be a good salesman, you don't necessarily have to study.
You must listen and think, which is not only free, but wonderful.
But we forget to reflect and ask good questions.
Great salesmen are made on the street, pondering all day long how to make the sale.
We are people full of desire who go beyond money.
Sometimes people think that because we are dedicated to sales, we are materialistic and sick of money, but that is not the case.
We simply like challenges, we are people of challenges.
The best salesman, when he is in the middle of a transaction, does not think about the commission but about the success he will achieve when that guy becomes his best client and that is his true satisfaction.
And of course, after having closed the deal, he does think about the commission after all.
But the one who goes for the challenge becomes bigger and bigger.
That's it for today.
In life, everything is about sales!!
And remember, the only thing we are not going to sell is our Bitcoin πŸ˜‰

Excellent post and very accurate words.
  • Fear of running out of money or not selling anything: This is very common in people who start in sales and then end up in a job with a fixed income, assuming that the supposed guarantee (the job) lasts a long time, there they will be feeling "safe", while they spend their time and energy in working for someone else and being dependent. And on the other hand there is the income, people do not realize that when you have a fixed income, you are condemned to always earn the same, whether you work more or work regularly or in less quantity, your payment will always be conditioned. In sales it is another "Rooster πŸ“ that crows" as they would say in my town. When you work in sales, whether you are your own boss or not (Obviously the best thing is when you are your own boss, without depending on an employer telling you what to do, or what time to arrive or leave) you have the possibility that the more you work, the more you can take home, or on a day when you work extra, you will still take extra, everything is subject to your effort.

I’ve always been so terrible at sales and seem to try to stay in the background.
