i used to be a big fan of ON and all their flavors but these days I cannot afford it anymore and have long since switched to myprotein, the main plus I see is they have a ton of different flavors, probably my favorite of which is white chocolate.
but I also notice that after a kg bag of one flavour I get palette fatigue and swap to something different, i find most flavors fall into the vanilla, strawberry, or chocolate group, and I cycle through them.
I used to have a little online supplement store and tried quite a few brands, always enjoyed ON the most though.
what about you stackers? any delicious favourites?

Hemp protein to me was the best I had taken it's fairly cheap and the protein could be higher however it is a super food which provides more than just protein been staying away from all the others as I'm getting older too much bs but I will drink a shitty one if i need to...lol
reply
do you go for hemp over others because of being a vegan or just prefer it on a cost / taste scale?

I’ve tried Muscle Milk etc but yes ON is best. I used to pay more for “platinum whey” but eventually saved the sats just did “Gold whey”
I’m weird I like coffee or cookies n cream. No vanilla for me. Chocolate is fine

vanilla and banana are almost the same to me, I like both, but not back to back. I always just went with gold standard and the casaein. funny to think that in like the 70s, whey was just a dairy waste product and now it's this billion dollar industry
reply
Yea I mean and not just for marketing hype like it is good!

i used to watch the channel of this now-deceased lifter from the 70s called Rick Drasen and he would always be talking about what they had back then and there was one brand of protein called Blair's protein that was apparently absolute dog shit

I've been really happy with rise's whey protein bars, specifically the honey cinnamon flavor.
I'd probably try their protein powders if I were to do a protein powder.

macros look good, but are the bars super dry?

I don't believe in powders. I'm also not a non vegetarian (I'm not against meat). I don't have any protein deficiency.
I think we should get protein directly, not relying to these powders and substitutes. The world was also fit and healthy when they were not there for sale.

stop protein virtue signaling bro, you can do whatever you want. it's an easy whey (pun!) to get 25gs of protein in at breakfast. fast and convenient.
if someone can hit their protein macros without using any supplements, rock on
