I am running own LND and albyhub which is using that LND as backend suorce. I did also connect AlbyGO in mobile and it was working very well.
I did start to see that AlbyGO is not able to connect with my hub yestraday.
Today it was same so I did start to try to solve it. I did log into RTL and did send some sats to my phoenix and then back with success. So LND and channel is ok.
I did check logs from docker and albyhub was saying that it has problem to connect with relay.getably.com....
I decided to unlink my AlbyHub with alby account, so I did login to hub and delete alby account connection. Then login to alby account and check wallet configuration, it was still saying that it is linked. So I did click unlink.
After that in AlbyHub I did click link to account, after while it did say that it was not possible. Here is screenshot and as you can see it is saying that it is linked to another wallet.
here is screenshot from alby account, wallet configuration and looks OK
any idea? thanks
Apparently, Alby has some issues re-establishing NWC connections after an outage/restart. I've had issues as well: #851238

aha I did not check settings -> "your alby account" in my HUB. There is a option to disconect. So I done that. Then I did connected again and after it start to work. I already try to zap in amethyst which is connected to my HUB.
yes, I did updating router yestrday and it needs to reboot, so I lost internet connection for a while, maybe that was a problem.

I had a similar issue and lost 5000 sats last month.

Have you tried turning it off and on again?
Specifically, unlink the wallet and shut down Alby Hub for a few minutes. Then, turn it back on and try to reconnect the wallet.
That worked for me when I was having trouble connecting my wallet after migrating my Alby Hub node.

I had a similar problem a while ago. Where I live we get many power outages. Every time I lost power I would get logged out of Alby hub. I would log back in, but the connection was lost. My node, on the other hand, was fine. Through trial and error, I deleted my stacker news and Alby Go connections in the Alby hub, then got the SN and Alby Go apps from the app store again, then started from scratch and generated new secrets. It worked, although a few times it took me hours to be able to re-establish a connection. Good luck
