This was a shitty week, 100%. RBD knows it; he feels it painfully in his dried-up territory revenue. It started off OK, but trailed off horribly toward the end (I mean my workouts, not RBD's!!)

Saturday: 90 pushups, plus a Chris Heria 8-minute core exercise (that I, incredibly, used to do about 4-5 times a week last year... that feels very far away right now). Sunday: 65 pushups, but did l hold a yoga class plus a flow for myself + a bunch of arm balance practices (#864752) Monday: 40 pushups, lots of work and a deadline—not an excuse, but well an explanation. Tuesday: 25 pushups... but went to third Judo class in the evening. Lots of fighting, struggling, and some throws. (#851054) Wednesday: now the shit began. Mega migraine, and thus a sum total of zero pushups. Redeeming feature: I went to a soft hatha class in the evening. Lower back pain + stayed up well past bedtime, which meant... Thursday: Migraine, zero pushups. GROUNDHOG DAY, ANYONE?! Friday: we're recovering, some lingering migraine tendencies but I at least pulled off 45 pushups and a Chris Heria routine and some stretches + meditation w gf (#866817)

There we are. What a clusterfuck of a shitty week.

May the following days be better because... whooooo da hell is gonna carry the boats?!
