0.3% for any department seems almost laughable. I have >0.3% waste fraud and abuse in my own personal budget, and my incentives are fully aligned with myself!
I do wonder where these numbers came from. #1 in refining your bullshit detector is asking where those numbers came from.

I've been hearing alot of rumors that they want to put the U.S. Treasury on the "blockchain" to track all U.S. government spending.
Thoughts on how you think this would play out? I don't think they would be using bitcoin, but if they were to use something, would they go with some private blockchain like Circle?
Would love perspective through the btc maxi lens.
