I think you can send onchain with coinos
I have coinos but I've never explored the possibility. When you say on-chain, do you mean L1 transactions or LN<->L1 swaps? /cc @Alby @adam_coinos_io

Yes you can do onchain and swaps.

As far as I know, you can't do swaps on Alby. When I tried, it redirected me to Boltz. I haven't tried it with Coinos yet, but I think it should be the same, right?

In coinos are integrated, in house, on the fly. You are not redirected. You pay with the balance on both directions, onchain and LN.
As you do in WoS, Blink.

Yes, I think it refers that you can receive onchain and LN.
This is what coinos can do (receive).
Could be a mistake putting Coinos only LN.
