Nothing on their socials about it yet.
I saw someone mention Alby being down on Nostr, but didn't know what they meant.
Hopefully they’ll let us configure multiple relays soon.
Can you explain what went wrong? I assumed that if I had a channel open with SN, then there wouldn't be such a thing as "Alby being down".
We communicate with your node (when you’re using nwc) by using a nostr relay -asking it to pay an invoice and asking it for an invoice that can be paid to it by someone else. Alby makes people use their relay which occasionally suffers from outages.

Basically we need a way to “control” your node and there’s not a lightning native way to do this (ie we can’t do this over our channel with you) so things like nwc create another protocol/layer/service that enables use to do this control. It’s another point of failure.
