Everything seems to be back to normal regarding the Alby relay. I can zap and receive, but my SN NWC send connection still is red? Anyone else notice this? @k00b?

Can you see messages that start with "ok" in the logs of that wallet? The indicators go red if the most recent message for sending/receiving is about an error.

I can't be sure, but that's probably the explanation. It's green now. Did Alby give any explanation for what happened? Was it an update?

It could be also due to too many requests from your IP. Some relays are limiting the amount, not sure if this is the case for Alby's relay, but worth keeping in mind. Or try to limit your amount of p2p zaps...
Again my concern about SN p2p zaps was correct and not being necessary the move to p2p zaps.
