I'm so curious to find out if those numbers of preposterously old recipients are correct.
My guess is that a lot of them are actually just typos in the system.

Someone replied to my post the other day that 1875 is a place holder year when the year is unknown. I guess we'll find out. Regardless, I'm sure there is plenty of real fraud.
