Commitments (You're accountable)

As for my commitment, I've decreased my screen to > 6 hours on an average. I made a post about it here #892757.
BRING OUT THE Dumbbells Yes, To make sure we all remain motivated to achieve real health and happiness, I introduce to you all a "POINT SYSTEM".

Now jump in the comments and let your fingers workout.
And as always...
Stay Happy and Healthy.
Yes, a little bit. Nut it's not like craving for food but after 1 or 2 hours returning from running, I take 1 litre of milk with 3 or 4 bananas.

I will share my story here since I was mentioned as it may help a lot of you. I have always done sports like swimming and biking, oh and I am very tall and skinny. When I was around 20 I fall into the fiat trap of triathlon, well the responsability is mine but the training of biking and running was basically on flat terrain I was also going to the gym. I ended up destroying my leg mechanics, part of training only on flat and also overtraining. In the last years I was hopeless about getting fit again as I was in my 20's, out of hope I just restarted biking small distances like 20-40km on hills at natural speed, I have tried it before but never for long months before, now my mechanics are getting back to normal and start to gain some tonus and more muscle again. After training for thiathlon a few years i lost a lot of tonus, as if my muscles were not holding my bones correctly which gave some pain and the mechanical problem. My lesson is don't listen much the experts, you can do what's natural and a pleasure for you. IMO for those that like biking and running hills can be a substitute to the gym, but it's a real proof of work.

I drop exactly 1 kg. Maybe I would have drop more if it weren't for last weekend. Today I made my first post #892957 that I want to keep weekly, not that anyone cares, but maybe it helps someone to be inspired to have a healthier life as is the proposal of this territory.
reply
It sure inspires everyone when we share our healthier goals and achievements with each other.

nice nagging, bro!
Probably lazybones reporting in for duty tonight or, if too tired, tomorrow morning! It's been an above-average week Imma say, so we all good!

No nagging just reminding. We all wait anxiously for Lazybones!!

THE CAKE IS A LIE

What's the truth then??

YOU CANT HANDLE THE TRUTH

Once we introduce a prize, we introduce an incentive to lie. I think a contest should be separate from this accountability thread, which is a nice place to discuss how well we're doing.
Let's do a separate post to brainstorm contest ideas, because having contests is a great idea for territory engagement.

I agree. I think we can do it without actually revealing the judgement criteria. We can just declare the winner at the end of every month.

Your participant list is getting longer. Good job!
I did 8.6k steps yesterday and I haven't consumed any food/drink in 15 hours.

8.6k again on the mark.

Your or our? 🫂
Did you see the point system I mentioned? Please do some enhancements.
reply
I guess it's ours, but you're doing the work on this endeavor.
Ok, my suggestion is to use unrefined sea salt, rather than refined table salt. It's much healthier and tastes a lot better.
reply
Thanks for it. It's amazing.
But I asked to about how we can implement the points system for our club members?
If you still didn't get it see Bring out the Dumbbells in the post.
