Going back to having a sleep routine alone was life-changing for me, for over 3 years I wouldn't actually see the sun if not for 1-2 hours. It's been 5 months now, 1 am to 8 am! So worth it.

What do you mean 'putting in the code'?

You don't use the token as password or enter it anywhere, you click the link in the email you get. Or you copy paste the URL from the email into the browser where you want an authenticated session.
