Such a shame to see great services like this closing down due to "evaluation and alignment with regulatory requirements". The main issue was to register a business in the first place. @LifPay, learn to operate in the private, don't waste away all the great work done till now.
This is the faith of all custodial solutions: once they became well known, mass used, they will be pushed by regulations.
That's why we need many more LN banks in the private, at local community level, that only few trusted people know them.
Next one will be CoinOS that will have the same faith.

true. custody requires trust, trust requires to be in the open. only non-custodial and anonymous solutions is the way forward.

Let's put the case there was no fiat business and that the operators manage the site anonymously and in private. Would it have happened? Who the “authorities” would look for? The best chance they have is to size the site, nothing more...
