Off day today, my back and biceps are feeling it, I always get DOMS after taking a break, so I expect a lot of soreness this week. I can't wait for push day, it's my favorite for sure.
I used to hate it, but I've actually come to enjoy it. I don't get DOMS often because I'm pretty consistent with working out. Something about that deep exhaustion just feels good.
