You aren't gonna miss a single day!
Meditation isn't beneficial only when you carry around stress. It fits in the realm of mental exercise. There are many benefits of meditation that physical activity alone can't address.
I don't doubt it. It just never did much for me and I'd rather read a book, if I manage to find some quiet alone time.
