It's blatant insider trading. Someone in the administration is corrupt, which isn't a shocker considering it's Washington.

I think there's more than one. Everyone is probably in on the party, just like they were on the earlier rug pool. I'm sure Chamath is cashing in too, since he is Sack's SOL buddy.
