I think this single phrase resume it all about "what's next" but many people still do not want to see the truth.
In fact this "strategic reserve" should be correctly named "Strategic Seized Assets Reserve".

It's a clear message: they do not want you, the individual, to have and use Bitcoin as money and they will do everything they can to seize, confiscate, steal as much bitcoin they can, from losers that do not properly self-custody.

And slowly will make it even harder to use day to day bitcoin.

The only way forward is to FUCK'EM'ALL (politicians and govs) by using as much as you can bitcoin in your day to day life.
