  • As for my commitment, I've decreased my screen to > 6 hours on an average, do meditation and Yoga for an hour daily, follow Aayurveda.

I'm supposed to lift today, but I have to go directly to my dad's after work to visit with my sister.
I guess we'll see. It's going to be a chaotic few weeks like I said.

Honestly, I'm being lazy. I'm feeling a little mentally overloaded, so im not really going out of my way to make shit happen.

I'm starting to think that the boos went ineffective ;).
You gotta find some way out. You should probably at least exercise for 15 minutes before going to bed or stretch when you wake up. Can't you find 10 minutes?

I've been reading physical books before bed. Trying to reduce my blue light exposure at night.

No, I'm reading physical books rather than reading off a screen.
It's hard to say if it's helped my sleep. I tend to sleep pretty well.

Okk. Do you have any specific food or drink you consume in the last hour before going to sleep? I've recently started taking green tea and doing a little bit of yoga before going to bed. It really helped me. I was having issues of overthinking while lying awake sometimes for 2 hours even.

I don't eat or drink anything for several hours before bed. Sometimes I'll stretch a little, depending on how I'm feeling.

Day 515 of 100+ pushups per day; day 414 of 120+ pushups per day, sets breakdown: 4x36 normal/narrow; Total: 144 Before bed, depends on the day. I tend to spend a lot of time in the evenings on the laptop so unfortunately that tends to be one of the last things I do before bed.

Sleep hours are something I urgently need to improve. I know how important it is, yet I’ve been neglecting this part.
