  • As for my commitment, I've decreased my screen to > 6 hours on an average, do meditation and Yoga for an hour daily, follow Aayurveda.

Not sure exactly yet but every entrant runs 5k on a set day say 21st June need to run and submit on that day to count prize for 1,23? Maybe event shirt for it for memorabilia

I just figured it's because Australia is in the future compared to the rest of us and we'll get our payments tomorrow, too. Your theory makes more sense though.

Since there hasn't been a new post, Mar 21 pushups: Day 524 of 100+ pushups per day; day 423 of 120+ pushups per day, sets breakdown: 4x36 normal/narrow; Total: 144

I haven't forgotten about this territory. These last few weeks have been more complicated in terms of my weekly goal. I haven't gained weight, in fact I've lost weight, but far below my goal. Next week will be the week of full recovery.
What makes me really happy is the people at work approaching me and telling me how much weight I've lost, even asking for the recipe for the diet I'm following.
